I pursued the trip to visit the private hospital of Doctor Claude Chauchard in Hong-Kong. A soft landing in one of my favorite hotels of Kowloon, Harbour Grand Kowloon, because of his magnificent sea views, of his very cordial welcome and of its swimming pool on roofs firing the bay.
This 5-star hotel and its 555 rooms has just redone completely the lobby where shareholders’ meetings and marriages follow one another at the foot of a huge staircase and under the eye of hundred photographers. There also, essential: ask for a suite with sea view, the night is there magic with ceaseless successions of ferry, fishing boats or still junks.
Inevitable also to take advantage of the swimming pool perched in the 20th floor which gives directly onto the sea. By bathing there we dive directly into the atmosphere of Hong-Kong. Guaranteed effect!

2 – The Dynasty Restaurant
It is here that you could maybe meet Chinese Prime Minister who comes to have dinner during his visits in Hong-Kong there. For lack of seeing it, trying the various dishes stemming from the Hong-Kong kitchen. I recommend you besides inevitable legs or tongues of ducks (very few fat), the jellyfish (there also low carb assured) or still one plotted by abalone, one of the dishes the most appreciated by the city.

3 – Venise and Paris at Macau
Difficult to refrain from going aboard a hydrojet to Macau to see Venice or Paris without forgetting the historic center which mixes Portuguese and Chinese culture. A visit in the empire of the Asian games consolidates me in the idea that the future is good in this continent.
